It’s waking up.

One signal at launch. Nothing else.

Work order

The order appears here as you type: the objective in your words, what would count as proof, and the condition that stops the run.

What we are building

A company, not a chatbot.

The Last Product is the operating layer behind The AGI Studio: the machine that lets one human run a full software company of AI departments, with a receipt for every claim. Now we are turning it into a product.

What it will do

You bring the work. It brings the company.

  1. You give it the work

A workflow, a toolchain, or a whole operating company. You describe the outcome, not the steps.

  2. It runs the departments

Design, build, check, ship, operate. Coordinated systems doing real work, not one chat window pretending to.

  3. Everything carries a receipt

Every claim ships with its evidence. Human judgement stays exactly where it belongs: on the decisions.

  4. It needs less AI every version

Built with frontier intelligence, then distilled toward rules, templates, and code. The direction: running on open intelligence anyone can afford.

Owned, not rented

The machine is yours to run. Your work stays your work.

Receipts over promises

It ships when the receipts say it is real. Not before.

Less AI each version

Every run leaves behind rules that need no model at all.

Questions

The parts we can answer now.

What is The Last Product?

The machine that runs The AGI Studio: one human founder, a full company of AI departments, everything with receipts. That machine is becoming a product. Give it a workflow, a toolchain, or an operating company, and it coordinates the systems that do the work.

Why is it called The Last Product?

Because it is the product that builds the rest.

Can I use it today?

Not yet. It is in development, running our own company first. It ships when the receipts say it is real. No launch date is promised.

What will it run on?

The direction is open: distilled so far that it can run on open intelligence anyone can afford. The details are published at launch, not before.

Who is building it?

The AGI Studio in Toronto. One founder, a full company of AI departments, and a proof ledger for every claim.

The rest is published at launch.

One signal at launch. Nothing else.
